EnergX understands that skilled, knowledgeable employees and managers are essential for the success of any business or project. We are committed to providing a full range of cost effective, high quality training services. EnergX can develop custom technical courses or deliver regulatory-driven training. EnergX training and management professionals also provide programs to enhance management/leadership skills and build effective project teams. Our experienced instructors perform all aspects of the Systematic Approach to Training. At DOE’s Hanford site, EnergX develops and conducts management and technical training for more than 15,000 site workers and DOE personnel each year. In Oak Ridge, technical training for all site workers at the TRU Waste Processing Center is provided. In addition, we have collaborated with local colleges and provide technical program development and instruction for students who want to enter the commercial nuclear industry and the environmental industry.
