Mr. Gray has more than 20 years experience in the
DOE and DOD environmental markets. His experience
includes over ten years experience as a Site
Manager/Health Physicist. He served as a Health
Physics Specialist on FUSRAP for a number of years,
providing oversight of health physics support
consisting of job-specific radiation protection
surveillance and training. He specializes in
radiological characterization, health physics, and
radiological safety operations. Mr. Gray has managed
multiple contracts ranging in value from several
thousand dollars to more than $10 Million.
Mr. Gray has Operations experience, serving as
the Operations Manager on a >$100 Million contract
for a DOE prime contractor, managing multiple
locations and more than 150 technical and
administrative staff.
Mr. Gray has developed relationships in DOE and
DOD as well as EPA and NASA and has been successful
in developing and executing strategic plans, capture
plans as well as managing and developing proposals.
In addition, Mr. Gray is well versed in corporate
expansion planning and execution inclusive of
international business development.
