Ms. Alstatt has more than 13 years of experience in
environmental compliance, with an extensive background in
assessing facilities that generate, treat, and store nuclear
waste. She has developed and implemented internal
self-assessment programs; researched facility compliance
programs; and reviewed site regulatory requirements,
organizational structure, and operations. She has also led
field teams investigating uranium mill tailing and radium
contamination and regulatory oversight, compliance and
enforcement.
In her current position with EnergX, Ms.
Alstatt is the Vice President of Southwest Operations,
focusing on business and market development throughout the
Southwestern United States. Previously, she was an
Environmental Compliance Auditor with EnergX at the Nevada
Test Site (NTS), an environmental cleanup site that was
previously a nuclear weapons production site. She was also
an Environmental/Regulatory Senior Technical Advisor at
RFETS. Ms. Alstatt was the lead hazardous waste inspector at
RFETS for the Colorado Department of Public Health and
Environment, as well as for all federal facilities within
the State of Colorado.
