Training
EnergX currently provides training to all DOE, prime, and subcontractor personnel at DOE’s Hanford site in Richland, WA. Our training portfolio includes more than 100 different courses and directly contributes to the success of the projects we support. The training requirements at the Hanford site are heavily guided and driven by applicable laws and regulations but are customized to the specifics of each project to maximize impact and success.
The training is developed by EnergX using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process. The scope ranges from a 200-hour HPT Initial Site Academics course to hands-on training for D&D workers or waste operators. Whatever the training need, EnergX can design an effective program to fit your needs.
Professional training is also a part of the coursework delivered at Hanford. Additional training support services include in-the-field evaluations, one-on-one tutoring and program development and assessments.
“I would like to take this opportunity to express my support and encouragement for a course taught at Hanford for the ARRA employees and others, titled “Do Work Safely…I recommend this course for use at Oak Ridge for the variety of activities supporting operations and cleanup efforts in Tennessee.”
— Shirley J. Olinger, Manager, Office of River Protection
