Operational Readiness

EnergX has had substantial involvement in DOE readiness reviews beginning at DOE’s Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site (RFETS). EnergX provided senior subject-matter expert (SME) leadership to manage and lead the RFETS projects through the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process in compliance with DOE Order 425.1C. Successfully navigating the ORR process on the first attempt is critical in maintaining schedule and cost efficiency. EnergX SMEs have a wide range of experience for both federal environmental programs involving radioactive materials and hazardous waste.

EnergX has managed more than 100 facility evaluations and readiness reviews, with 25 at the DOE Hanford site. Our structured approach utilizing experienced personnel have successfully undergone 12 readiness reviews at the DOE Transuranic Waste Processing Center. We planned, prepared, and coordinated Independent Verification Reviews (IVR) Management Self Assessments (MSA) Readiness Assessments (RA), and ORR.
