Anthony R. Buhl, PhD, PE – President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Tony Buhl directs the strategy of the company and approves corporate policies and commitments. He also manages various technical, administrative and marketing organizations. Dr. Buhl has extensive involvement in utility-government regulatory matters, re-engineering work processes and safety. The American Nuclear Society elected him as a Fellow for his special expertise in nuclear safety and risk assessment. Dr. Buhl was a former Director of Risk Assessment for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in Washington D.C., Assistant Director of the Public Safety Division for the DOE in Washington D.C., Branch Chief of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) in Washington D.C., and U.S. Army Captain in the Nuclear Defense Program.

Steven Hile, CPA – Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Hile is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Certified Public Accountant with 22 years of experience in management, finance and accounting, information technology, regulatory, customer care, consumer and business marketing. He has developed and directed the technical operations of general management with full profit and loss responsibilities. His senior financial and accounting experience includes capital/operations budget development and financial management for a $6.7 billion wireless communications company. In addition, he has acquisition of investment capital, entrepreneurial experience involving business startup, development and acquisitions, strategic and market planning.

Marty Gray – Senior Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Gray manages all aspects of business development and manages the development and execution of strategic plans. He develops capture plans as well as manages and develops proposals. In addition, Mr. Gray is well versed in corporate expansion planning and execution inclusive of international business development. Prior to joining EnergX, he served as the Operations Manager on a $100 million contract for a DOE prime contractor where he managed multiple locations and more than 200 technical and administrative staff.
He served as a health physics specialist on FUSRAP for a number of years, providing technical and management oversight for all health physics support consisting of Job-specific radiation protection surveillance and training. He specializes in radiological characterization, health physics, and radiological safety operations.

Don Gagel – Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Current responsibilities with EnergX include project management of a $300M life cycle cost project processing highly radioactive tank waste at ORNL, the identification and commercialization of new technologies, and market niches to enable new business growth. Mr. Gagel has been involved with the design, permitting, construction, start-up, safe operation, and management of Transuranic Waste Processing Center. He successfully led the commissioning of the Supernate processing line in 2003 including implementation of Conduct of Operations and completion of all Operational Readiness Reviews. He has successfully implemented dozens of lean, six-sigma, value engineering, and process improvement projects during his career collectively producing more than $200M in cost savings.

Rita M. Stagg – Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Ms. Stagg is approaching 30 years of service in administrative support, management, and human resources. She engages personnel to build effective teams for the delivery of outstanding administrative support service. She is skillful in simplifying and organizing cumbersome and overwhelming office systems; transforming them into smooth, efficient operation. Ms. Stagg represents the company’s human resources operation, providing a full service program to its 250 employees.
